Through coaching, patients learn habit changes and adaptive strategies to achieve greater engagement in their daily lives. Physical Therapy is a goal oriented rehabilitative treatment with a focus on improving mobility and reducing pain. Using methods of core training, manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercise, Physical Therapy achieves improvements in strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, activity tolerance, and pain. Commonly treated conditions include orthopedic, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, gait dysfunction, sprains/strains and back pain.
